We’re available 24/7 in your client portal, by email, and on our socials.

Why isn’t the office open any more? We’ve learned that we can offer the same service and 24/7 access by phone, portal, email and text.

Staff are hard to find locally, but we have amazing remote staff members who can help you.

How do I make an appointment?
Please call the office and our admin will make one for you. 701-885-7255

Are you taking new clients?
Yes, but we only onboard new clients during small parts of the year. We are currently onboarding until Labor Day. Please fill out the form on our Services page to get started.

Can we walk in and get our taxes done?
No, we do not offer a walk-in tax prep service at this time. We offer full-service monthly packages and ala carte services to our clients, mostly businesses and business owners, not a walk-in service.

Where do I find my client portal?
The direct link is at the top of this website, or click here. We cannot accept documents by email. Our email system automatically deletes attachments sent to our email. We apologize for the inconvenience. The phone app is the easiest way to submit documents on the go.

Why do we use a client portal?
Like banks and financial institutions, we are subject to strict data privacy rules and can be fined heavily for mishandling client data. We cannot take info by email, text, or messaging app.

Where do I find the phone app for my client portal?
The Apple and Android phone apps are here. Your login is your email, and your password is your own. Please hit the Forgot My Password button to reset your account.
